Access Bar Therapy

Access Bar Therapy involves gently touching 32 points on the head in a specific sequence to release limiting thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. Benefits include increased calm, relaxation, mental clarity, restful sleep, increased energy, and reduces stress in the body. This process takes about 60 minutes and is done in house on a massage table in our healing room.
